Maybe you're thinking "how did I get here?" in your career.

If you're reading this, you're in the right place!

Once you've settled into a role, there can be a sense of "wait, maybe I should have thought about where I want to be," or even dissatisfaction.

I help early-career professionals in transition land their target role, whether a lateral move, diagonal move or promotion.

I know, from my own experience, how much impostor syndrome & self-doubt can be limiting to take the steps needed for such an internal career move or the job search.

Instead of doing it alone, let’s work together!

Our Process

As your coach, I work with you until you get a new position or promotion with this framework:

Discover what you are passionate about & what motivates you

Assess your current areas of strength, gaps, and any limiting beliefs

Develop a plan to get your next job, including confidence in your job assets and networking strategy

Craft a narrative about yourself & the value you bring that will land you the promotion/new role in interviews or performance conversations

Negotiate an offer and build a 30, 60, and 90 day plan once you're in the new role

FAQs

  • According to the ICF (International Coaching Federation), coaching is a process of “partnering with an individual or group in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

I see coaching as a journey that I take alongside a client, helping them uncover what is important to them, their goals, and ultimately - charting the course with the client.

  • I completed the professional Weatherhead Coaching Certificate, which is offered through the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (which is also where I obtained my MBA from!). This link provides more information about the content of the certification, including the courses and practical training.

  • If you are trying to make a career move or get a promotion and things are moving slowly, or not at all, a coach can help you achieve your goals faster! Even if you feel unsure about what’s next but know you want to make a change, let’s talk and explore that! You can book a free introductory session to learn more about how coaching can help you! Please note that coaching is different from therapy, which serves to diagnose and treat dysfunction and is more focused on the past.

  • I am trained in the Theory of Intentional Change and the GROW model of coaching. I utilize principles from both frameworks along with a tailored approach for each client.

  • I am passionate about career coaching for early career professionals, focusing on helping them get their next promotion or change jobs. I also focus on strengths and overcoming impostor syndrome. I work with a client until they land their next role or promotion.

  • Coaching is effective when a client has time to reflect on their current situation and future goals. In addition, clients will have the opportunity to put actions and/or mindsets which result from coaching conversations into practice. As such, the coaching relationship is long-term, not having a fixed number of sessions.

  • I conduct coaching sessions via video call. The sessions are conversational, with the client doing most of the talking. My role is to ask questions and help a client create a process or roadmap. In between sessions, clients will sometimes complete self-reflection exercises that serve as conversation material for future calls and the basis for growth. After all, change happens outside the sessions in your life, not on my computer!
