Meet Karen Ayoub

I have been coaching for the last year, and during that time, I grew to love the opportunity to be part of another person’s journey. As a coach, I am committed to helping you uncover what is truly important to you and create space for you to explore who you are and who you want to become!

Coaches can help in so many parts of that journey, and I enjoy focusing on career and life coaching, with a professional coaching certificate and MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to coaching, I also work as a project manager in the medical device industry, and my own career transitions means that I understand how scary and exciting those shifts can be. In professional and personal contexts, I have had the blessing of mentoring and developing others, being fully invested in their growth. Outside of this, I have made the leap into scary and new contexts, like when I started a podcast with no previous experience in communications media or sound editing.

I am based in New Jersey, and in my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, photography, listening to podcasts, hiking, and going to museums!

My Values

My goal is to make coaching accessible to individuals, especially women, people of color, early career professionals, and students — anyone who may feel disadvantaged or experience a barrier to coaching. I come from of a minority community that has not been exposed to coaching, and I am working to make coaching accessible through sliding scale rates. I see everyone as coachable, regardless of income level or background. Coaching is a commitment to oneself and takes time, and I want to make that accessible to all.
